  My first experience in the shop was …
  My first experience in the shop was very good. On my second visit the service was rushed as only the lady was serving and was late for an appointment. The man was watching football on his PC and ignoring all the customers. I ordered by phone what I was told I needed. The fitter came to view and gave me date. He was very good and punctual on both visits and the floor looks good. Unfortunately I was left short of 1.50 m of scotia. I went to the shop and was told that it was my fault as I should have opened the delivery when it arrived and I now would have to buy it. I spent over £1000 on my living room flooring. Why I would lie about 1.5 m of scotia worth £6 I do not know but I felt that it was very poor service considering cost price is probably £2.50. I will not be purchasing any more flooring from this company.

  On some occasions when the fitter does a site visit and measures up they may end up requiring more product, if this is required the product will always have to be purchased and then if you have any spare product we will always accpet this back, if stocked, as you are aware.

  The fitter did a site visit and my scotia was short as it wasn't on the delivery. Still The company does nothing. I am grateful that the problem wasn't worst as there is no after sales service with this company.
