  Even one star flatters this company. They lie to you about attempted deliveries and they don't allow customers to call to rectify delivery failures. You can choose to message them and even though they promise replies within 24 hours it took them 2 days and several follow up messages to even receive a response. Best is to message them on Twitter where you will probably get a response within 48 hours if you're lucky. If you have a parcel from this useless organisation then don't change your plans on "delivery day"... They will deliver it when it suits them. In my case they didn't even bother delivering the package and after a few days of lies and deceit I ended up having to travel 40 mins each way to their dreary depot on an industrial estate in Croydon on Saturday morning. Their service was so bad that Google (manufacturer of my parcel) launched a complaint and investigation into them as other customers had apparently complained of awful service. I will never buy a product online that is delivered by this company. My advice is stay well clear. The only plus side is that the guy at the collection depot was polite and helpful.
