  I would give this company no stars at all if that was an option. The person who came to my flat - 'Chris' - was creepy, unnerving and had a decidedly odd manner about him; I actually phoned a friend while he was in my flat because I was so freaked out. After that, though as far as I knew, I had to pay my deposit after 10am the next day (I paid it at 2pm), my contract was mysteriously cancelled! The reasons given were that there was no parking at my property (but I had told Chris this before he even visited!), and that I had not allowed them to view the outside of the property: in fact as far as I knew I simply had to wait for them to make an appointment for the surveyor to see the outside; and waited a week, when, mystified as to why nothing was happening called to find out that the contract had been cancelled the same day I paid it. Add to this the fact that the said 'Chris' bombarded me with voicemails, texts and emails from the very start, when I made the appointment, to the morning after he had visited. My experience with this company was unnerving, infuriating - nonsensical - and a profound waste of my time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
