  Great gym concept. I attended a brief meeting whereby a member of staff shows you around the gym in mind for the 28day transformation package. I did find him a bit too pushy and salesy, however he was nice and welcoming. This is not a typical gym whereby you are left to your own devices - you are assisted in all the exercises you take there, whether it be a group or personal trainer session. In the end I decided not to sign up, however it is a good concept and something I may consider in the long term.
