  What is the point of having a virgin media shop if after trying to get my account moved to a new address (an account I have had for over eight years) and being passed from pillar to post for over two weeks without getting any advice or help?, I have travelled to the virgin media shop in Croydon only to be told " can't help you, can't advise you, we are just here to sign you up, we don't deal with anything like that", and after me asking if there is anyway you can let me call a number to speak to somebody?, Being told "no, you just have to ring them up yourself", I wonder if sky or Bt are looking for any new customers.
